In this role, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for all B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, which includes identifying and negotiating key partnership agreements, as well as ideating and executing brand-aligned programming and activations. The Director will also be tasked with annual media planning, with the objective of achieving the budgeted financial business plan through planned marketing initiatives across all segments and channels. The position requires maintaining and refining the brand voice across all marketing channels, planning and developing organic content for social media, managing third-party marketing agencies, and staying updated on market trends to inform strategy adjustments. The Director will draft annual marketing and media plans, manage paid social marketing strategies, and collaborate with sales and revenue teams to drive occupancy. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with influencers and local businesses, tracking media coverage, and executing promotional campaigns and events, all while supporting the hotel team with on-site promotions and crisis management as needed.
