About the position

The Director of Marketing at 4M Dental Implant Center is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving patient acquisition, and optimizing digital marketing efforts across multiple locations. This role requires a deep understanding of the dental/healthcare industry and expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and marketing analytics to support the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth across all centers.
  • Optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance, improve website rankings, and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing models that align with business objectives and patient affordability.
  • Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and conversion-driven performance.
  • Lead content creation efforts (blog posts, video, social media, email marketing) to drive engagement and establish thought leadership in the dental implant industry.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and pricing strategy.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
  • In-depth knowledge of the dental implant industry.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
