About the position

The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the Practice's visibility, attract new patients, and support business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to effectively manage marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position involves occasional regional travel and requires strong leadership and marketing expertise, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand recognition.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the development of compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with physicians, staff, and external partners to align marketing efforts with practice goals.
  • Manage branding and digital strategies and search engine optimization for the organizational footprint in multiple markets.
  • Create and manage all social media while maintaining Tri-State Orthopaedics brand voice and personality.
  • Collaborate with external partners including school partners, referring physician offices and vendors.
  • Create, monitor and manage all online reputation platforms.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate photo and video shoots.
  • Manage Tri-State Orthopaedics professional and community outreach.
  • Develop and execute advertising projects, patient education materials, in-house digital advertising monitors.
  • Manage company and affiliated websites.
  • Manage sponsorships and fulfillment obligations.
  • Create/assist in creating and/or editing of relevant video/photo content, post relevant articles/blogs, company accomplishments, press releases, company job fairs, local property events and career opportunities.
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of TSOS apparel and promotional items.
  • Create internal monthly newsletter.
  • Manage company events committee and planning events for employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding and proven success in marketing principles, digital marketing, brand management and social media platforms.
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to develop professional relationships in the community both in person and through digital communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with success.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Canva/Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel regionally and work evenings and weekends on occasion.
