The Boston Center for Plastic Surgery (BCPS) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team. The Director will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Physician leaders, Providers, and the Director of Practice Operations, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, enabling them to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain the BCPS brand.
  • Attract new patients and retain established ones through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Physician leaders, Providers, and the Director of Practice Operations to achieve company goals.
  • Create and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role within the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
