About the position

The Farmlink Project is seeking a strategic, creative, and innovative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence. This pivotal leadership role encompasses the management of The Farmlink Project's marketing team, focusing on various aspects including brand development, product marketing, and performance marketing. The Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in amplifying The Farmlink Project's brand awareness and driving digital fundraising efforts. This position requires a strong communicator and collaborator who can think outside the box to elevate The Farmlink Project's marketing strategies and outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our mission and goals. You will oversee the creation of compelling storytelling that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. Additionally, you will analyze marketing analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Your leadership will guide the marketing team in executing innovative campaigns that not only promote our brand but also support our fundraising objectives. As the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Partnerships, and Director of Development to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals. You will manage a team of 2-3 marketing and creative professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their growth and development. This role is essential in shaping the future of The Farmlink Project's marketing landscape and ensuring that our message reaches a wider audience.

Responsibilities

Requirements
