About the position

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, particularly in sustainable textile technologies. This role emphasizes brand management, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with GTT's goals.
• Lead the development and reinforcement of a compelling brand identity.
• Oversee content creation, campaign management, and the development of marketing materials.
• Direct digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media, email marketing, and web content.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
• Partner closely with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and sales enablement strategies.
• Shape messaging that highlights the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and influencers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role, ideally within the B2B or sustainability-focused industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in building brand strategies, digital marketing, and lead generation.
• Proven experience in leading a high-performing team and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainability trends, particularly in textile or material sciences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies.
