About the position

The Director of Marketing at Rose Paving LLC is responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Director will guide the marketing team in creating impactful campaigns and maintaining a strong online and offline presence, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership, management, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Develop and strengthen key relationships with existing marketing partners and vendors, and identify new relationships to support growth.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and collateral materials.
  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5-8 years in a senior marketing role, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a B2B service-based business is a plus.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power BI is a plus.
  • Understanding and utilization of effective AI in the marketplace is a plus.
