The Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts through meticulous planning, process optimization, and comprehensive research and analysis. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including web, social media, email, and media, to effectively connect our brand with key audiences. In this role, the Director will be responsible for strategizing and evaluating our digital marketing efforts daily, ensuring that we stay ahead of the latest trends and tactics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to create engaging content that attracts and delights our customer base. Additionally, the Director will analyze and enhance our marketing programs to increase effectiveness, utilizing strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. The Director of Marketing will also oversee the development and implementation of a demand generation process that converts marketing tactics into sales-qualified leads, aligning closely with our sales organization to enhance lead quality and maximize conversion rates. This role requires strong leadership skills to build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, as well as the ability to manage backend marketing processes and develop a comprehensive data strategy. Budget management is another key responsibility, as the Director will develop and update the marketing budget while monitoring trends against actuals. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry. Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and evaluate digital marketing efforts daily, staying abreast of the latest digital marketing tactics and trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to create content that attracts, engages, and delights our customer base.
  • Analyze and enhance marketing programs for increased effectiveness, employing strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.
  • Provide industry/market insight, resources, and collateral to assist the efforts of the recruitment/sales divisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
  • Develop and implement a demand generation process that converts marketing tactics into sales-qualified leads, supporting sales efforts and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the use of marketing analytics to gain insights into market dynamics, segmentation, sales targeting, and the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Manage all backend marketing processes, with support from a team of marketing specialists.
  • Lead the development and deployment of data strategy and marketing process governance.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and external events to maximize ROI.
  • Work with the team to create brand style guides, website/ad copy, and messaging, ensuring a consistent and cohesive market presence.
  • Own the strategic direction of the marketing department and oversee the growth of Trusted Nurse Staffing's digital assets, including the website, video content, and social media.
  • Develop and update the marketing budget, working closely with finance to monitor budget trends vs. actuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building and leading a marketing operations team, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics / Google AdWords.
  • Strong social media strategy skills.
  • Experience with social media content management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • SEO strategy expertise.
  • Video marketing strategy experience.
  • Inbound marketing strategy proficiency.
  • Content marketing strategy experience.
