The Director will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans and strategies tailored to the facility's needs. In this role, the Director will act as a liaison between the facility and the outside community, connecting daily with potential referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies, and health care agencies. Conducting facility tours for potential guests and their families is a key responsibility, as is performing admission screenings to determine the level of care, services required, equipment needs, and insurance coverage. The Director will also play a vital role in welcoming guests and their families upon admission, ensuring a smooth transition into the facility. Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the facility and the outside community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in health care sales, marketing, insurance, or commensurate education preferred.
  • Experience in managed care or insurance preferred.
