About the position

The Director of Marketing for Branded Hotels serves as a brand steward, leading the marketing strategy and initiatives for HHM's portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications across various channels, including partnerships, content marketing, social media, and paid media. The Director will work closely with brand management and other teams to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue, ensuring that the brand voice is consistently activated across all consumer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the brands' marketing strategy, identity, creativity, and messaging.
  • Lead extended teams in deploying integrated marketing communications initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and manage the creative process.
  • Manage photography and video asset creation and oversee program budgets.
  • Champion the creation of marketing and brand activation platforms to drive awareness and preference.
  • Ensure brand voice is activated at all identified consumer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with key business leaders during the planning process and incorporate their input.
  • Develop plan content, program budgets, and results for marketing programs and direct marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in the hospitality industry with progressive career growth.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related major.
  • Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions.
