About the position

The Director of Marketing is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for Economy Exterminators Inc. This role involves developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on company objectives and market characteristics, coordinating marketing activities, and conducting market research to inform management decisions. The Director will also serve as the primary interface with digital marketing vendors and oversee social media coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on company objectives and market characteristics.
• Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
• Initiate market research studies and analyze findings to make recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with digital marketing vendors and manage social media efforts.
• Assist the sales department by providing marketing materials and advice.
• Provide an annual marketing plan in coordination with the Director of Finance.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and recommend marketing solutions to advance company objectives.
• Monitor lead sources and examine their ROI on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Possess a BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work required days and times.
• Free of any illegal drug use, adhering to a zero tolerance drug policy.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with graphics/photo imaging software.
• Familiarity with PestPac software.
