About the position

The Director of Marketing at RestaurantDealers.com is responsible for leading marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand growth. This role involves creating and managing marketing content across various platforms, including social media and email, to effectively communicate the company's message and attract the target audience. The position requires a strategic approach to digital marketing, focusing on engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, design, launch and monitor engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Optimize online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google AdWords, and email campaigns to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Execute results-driven social media strategies.
  • Create strategies to build lasting digital connections with clients.
  • Interact with new leads, prospects, or clients and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Create written/photo content.
  • Visit clients and attend events to produce social media content.
  • Schedule presentations and meetings.
  • Assist and be involved in SEO efforts.
  • Design, plan, and monitor newsletters and promotional emails sent to clients through various channels.
  • Create and implement ideas for the brand and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Prepare and present ideas to attract new leads to the business.
  • Review analytics and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools like Google Analytics to create reports on key metrics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 3 years of general marketing experience
  • 3 years of social media marketing experience
  • 3 years of email marketing experience
  • 3 years of SEO experience
  • 3 years of experience with Google Analytics
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or any other design software
  • 1 year of appointment scheduling experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)

  • Experience in appointment scheduling
