About the position

The Director of Marketing at Brohn Homes will spearhead the company's marketing initiatives, crafting strategies that align with corporate objectives and stimulate demand across various channels. This role involves leading an internal marketing team, collaborating with external partners, and leveraging Brohn's CRM for customer insights and campaign management. The Director will work closely with the Sales department and other affiliated companies to develop a unique marketing approach tailored to the Austin market, ensuring that Brohn's brand remains innovative and distinct.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support Brohn Homes' annual sales target.
  • Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and high ROI.
  • Establish and maintain a distinct brand strategy for Brohn Homes that reflects the company's mission and values.
  • Lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and community initiatives to drive local awareness and support sales objectives.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing activities and report on metrics and ROI to the executive team.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Develop lead-generation strategies and optimize HubSpot CRM to capture and convert leads.
  • Build a positive and creative team environment, mentoring team members and encouraging professional growth.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and integrate innovative strategies to maintain competitive edge.
  • Develop strategies for reputation management and crisis response.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing, preferably within the homebuilding or real estate industry.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM, marketing analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of homebuilding processes and financing rates is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a team, with the ability to lead and inspire effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
