About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for The Busch Group.
  • Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase market share and brand presence.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams effectively to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Shape product positioning and solutions offerings to engage target audiences across diverse industries.
  • Oversee core marketing capabilities including trade shows, experiential marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing excellence and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with increasing responsibilities and leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial or capital equipment sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing core marketing capabilities, including trade shows, experiential marketing, digital marketing (SEO/SEM), and marketing analytics.
  • Strong background in managing people, budgets, and third-party organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional certification or accreditation in digital marketing is preferred.
