About the position

Join Our Team as a Director of Marketing at Cresten. We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team at Cresten. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and market share for our real estate development company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of our organization and make a significant impact on our brand presence in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aimed at driving brand awareness and lead generation. You will manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements, ensuring that all materials align with our brand identity. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth, collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics will be essential to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, allowing for data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, you will manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance our marketing efforts and expand our reach.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
