Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating and managing referrals from key hospitals in the area.
  • Develop strong relationships with key referral sources and uncover new opportunities for census development.
  • Complete on-site visits for all referrals as needed.
  • Organize community marketing events as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in Marketing in a long-term care facility preferred.
  • Experience in marketing and census development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels.
