About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The primary purpose of this position is to raise awareness to the target consumer on a national level. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The Director of Marketing will create, design, and implement a broad marketing strategy aimed at achieving measurable outcomes of sustained full occupancy across all programs. The successful candidate will need to understand the core target consumer behavior and determine appropriate marketing strategies to effectively reach this audience. This includes staying informed about advertising trends in the industry, developing expertise in key competitors both locally and nationally, and identifying benchmarks for success. Monthly data analysis on all marketing expenditures and results will be required, along with providing recommendations to senior executive leadership based on these insights. We are looking for a curious, self-motivated go-getter who has a passion for helping individuals reclaim their lives and recover from substance abuse and mental health issues. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, be highly creative, and have experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience with B2B advertising on platforms such as Google AdWords, YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential, as is the ability to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established goals (ROI and KPIs). Strong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and time-management skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and implement a broad marketing strategy to achieve measurable outcomes of sustained full occupancy across all programs.

Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration with a marketing emphasis.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and its role in achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and strong documentation skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Experience with B2B advertising on Google AdWords, YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and time-management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills.
