Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy focused on organic and inorganic growth.
• Lead brand initiatives, including potential rebranding, and create compelling, sector-specific messaging.
• Oversee demand generation activities, including event marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
• Establish KPIs, track campaign metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Lead content development, producing high-value assets like white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
• Inspire, hire, and manage a high-performing marketing team and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high performance teams and marketing budgets.
• 7-10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within aviation or data solutions sectors.
• Proven success in driving lead generation and business growth through strategic marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience in using data to drive marketing strategy.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on trends and best practices.
• Understanding of diverse work environments and the ability to work with a global workforce.
