About the position

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's products and services. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, collaborating with various departments, and enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns and managing vendors to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, direct mail, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee social media campaigns.
  • Implement and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and promotions.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.
  • Help create and manage the Business Development Team's marketing plan and budget.
  • Develop and manage a program to attract companies to acquire.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record of managing outside marketing and graphic design firms.
  • Demonstrated experience in the security, home entertainment, or home automation industry is advantageous.
