About the position

The Marketing Director at Hidden Level is responsible for leading comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation in the drone detection technology sector. This role involves managing various marketing initiatives, including brand management, content marketing, account-based marketing, and industry-specific strategies, while collaborating closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage and execute brand campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and manage content strategies that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals, supporting the buyer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Lead ABM initiatives targeting high-value accounts to drive personalized marketing efforts and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM strategies with account-specific goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific industries such as energy, oil and gas, telecom, defense, and homeland security.
  • Create industry-specific content and campaigns to position Hidden Level as a leader in these sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media and industry analysts.
  • Coordinate press releases, media engagements, and analyst briefings to enhance company reputation and visibility.
  • Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance marketing efforts and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients, the sales team, and the engineering team to provide clear, prioritized feedback for product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in leading and managing comprehensive marketing strategies for technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Demonstrated success in account-based marketing and experience with big-ticket sales.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Proven ability to develop and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Engagement Cloud.
