About the position

The Director of Marketing at Zachys Wine International is responsible for driving global brand awareness and sales revenue through innovative marketing initiatives. This role involves shaping the brand's consumer experience across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events, while developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy including creative, performance marketing, email and mobile marketing, content, social channels, and events.
  • Build and manage a marketing calendar including auctions, retail promotions, and events.
  • Drive site experience and strategy, ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of impactful creative campaigns that communicate the brand through storytelling and drive ROI.
  • Drive growth through acquisition and retention, fostering increased spending within the existing customer base and exploring new markets.
  • Lead the strategy for all social channels, growing organic following and engagement.
  • Ensure marketing technology enables and optimizes analytics, insights, and programming.
  • Generate visibility for the leadership team, driving collaboration across the organization.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising and Buying Director to align marketing activities with market opportunities.
  • Lead teams, supporting personal development for maximum job satisfaction and career progression.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital and brand strategy.
  • Fluency in customer segmentation and campaign building to engage customers and drive revenue.
  • In-depth understanding of performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of website content planning and execution for seamless customer experience.
  • Proven track record executing 360-degree marketing programs including advertising, media, promotions, and digital marketing.
  • Strong experience in a fast-paced Ecommerce or digital environment.
