The Director of Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton is responsible for directing the development, production, and implementation of all marketing strategies and related projects that align with the property's revenue and marketing objectives. The Director will work closely with other key departments, including Sales and Revenue Management, to develop comprehensive strategies that enhance the hotel's market positioning and revenue generation. In this position, the Director will oversee the execution of marketing strategies that align with hotel goals, ensuring that all internal and external communications maintain brand integrity. This includes managing the property's digital presence across various platforms, such as the property website, third-party channels, and social media. The Director will also identify new marketing opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, to drive incremental revenue. The role requires the Director to regularly report on campaign performance to the General Manager and other stakeholders, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively contributing to the hotel's overall success. Leading a team of marketing professionals, the Director will be responsible for executing strategies that maximize revenue and enhance the hotel's brand presence in the market.
