About the position

Eclipsyum is seeking an innovative and metrics-driven Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing efforts across a diverse client portfolio, including industries such as sustainable construction, logistics, and premium wines. The role focuses on developing impactful, multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of goal-oriented marketing strategies that are measurable and accountable, emphasizing clear KPIs and defined success metrics.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional platforms, ensuring every strategy aligns with the client's objectives and delivers measurable ROI.
  • Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client campaign, ensuring consistent delivery of value and ROI.
  • Mentor and guide the marketing team—including SEO, social media, and development experts—fostering collaboration, growth, and responsibility in achieving client goals.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, adjustments, and detailed ROI reports to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Analyze performance data continuously, using insights to optimize strategies, enhance outcomes, and maximize client ROI.
  • Carefully manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize performance metrics, ensuring each dollar spent contributes directly to ROI.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to bring data-backed innovation to client campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong emphasis on metrics, ROI, and accountability.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) with a focus on tracking and improving ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple clients while delivering measurable results.
