About the position

The Boston Center for Plastic Surgery (BCPS) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team. As a leader in plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, we pride ourselves on our personalized approach to patient care, ensuring that each procedure is tailored to meet the unique goals of our patients. The Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand presence, attracting new patients, and retaining our established clientele. This position requires a strong marketing background, particularly within the plastic surgery or aesthetics industry, and a passion for creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. In this role, the Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Physician leaders, Providers, and the Director of Practice Operations, to align marketing strategies with the overall goals of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage various channels, including digital, print, and social media. The Director will also oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effective and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain the brand and attract new patients.
  • Retain established patients through effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Physician leaders, Providers, and the Director of Practice Operations to achieve company goals.
  • Create and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role within the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in plastic surgery or aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with patient engagement strategies and tools.
