About the position

As the Director of Marketing at Ink 477 LLC, you will oversee the marketing and promotion of the company's restaurants and events. This role involves managing a digital marketing team and collaborating closely with the operations team to create and execute effective marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales across various properties.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies that strengthen the organization's brand.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Manage all digital advertising and SEO for the restaurants.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team responsible for executing marketing and communication efforts.
• Direct the PR agency to maximize awareness for new restaurant openings and the company overall.
• Contribute to the art direction, casting, and coordination of brand/venue photo shoots and campaigns.
• Work with restaurant partners and staff to identify opportunities for effective marketing programs.
• Concept and develop new weekly programming for the restaurants.
• Create all necessary marketing collateral for the restaurants.
• Drive the social media and content strategy for each restaurant.
• Organize high-profile and experiential events at the venues.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing efforts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or event management.
• People management experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
