From our roots as a local CO business, we've grown into a national brand with ads on Sirius XM, Monday Night Football, National Cable News, and more. Despite our growth, our internal team is small, and we're looking for a superstar marketing leader that can help us reach the next level. If you want to climb a big corporate ladder, Vitrazza isn't for you. If you're looking to report directly to a passionate Founder/CEO and make a big impact, we're in your wheelhouse. The Director of Marketing will be charged with cultivating and executing ideas that build a bigger audience for our brand in the DTC space. We're aiming to further our position as the brand leader by creating powerful content, developing successful advertising and engaging an enthusiastic market. The person we hire will lead a small team and 3-4 agencies. The primary objective for this role is to optimize our marketing in the service of ROAS, net income and growth. The candidate we choose will be expected to review/research our current activities and audiences to glean insights that will lead to better results. The Director of Marketing will lead in eight primary areas: Web Dev/Design/CRO (w/an agency partner and staff). Brand: style, messaging, imagery, video, copy (w/Head of Creative) Marketing plan/promo calendar/internal comms. Email marketing. Customer engagement: organic social, reviews, UGC, identity management. Content, Influencers, Publicity. Customer Experience: order through review. Product launches. Objectives / Key Results Support and collaborate with the web dev/design/cro agency. Support agency partners for mass media, digital paid media and lead gen. Copywriting for all creative. Develop and communicate a full-year plan and calendar to entire org. Takeover direct management of our email marketing program. Develop an effective content marketing program. Reignite a consistent organic social media effort. Reset a tired affiliate program. Handle our limited engagement with influencers, PR and local advertising. Evaluate and improve all CX touch points post-order. Take full responsibility for internal comms to keep org engaged. Develop marketing for 2-4 new products per year. Meet or exceed company ROAS targets. Meet or exceed company CTA target. Support meeting/exceeding net income target. Enable 10-20% annual revenue growth. Cultivate an enthusiastic and productive team. Qualifications Exceptional copywriting skills. Proven success managing a branded e-commerce site. Heavy experience in email marketing, content marketing and social media. Experience with CRM/marketing software i.e. HubSpot or similar. Experience w/Klaviyo email platform (or similar) Solution-oriented thinking, sound judgement. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Highly organized and disciplined. Able to expertly manage projects and implement change. Dependable/reliable and of high character. Drug-free.
