About the position

Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing who is a self-starter, creative, and intuitive. This hands-on position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and is ideal for a high-energy, innovative marketing professional looking to work for an environmentally conscious company in the authentic juice industry. The company is committed to producing America's best-tasting fresh gourmet juices using the highest quality fruits and vegetables, ensuring that their products are never over-processed and contain no preservatives, concentrates, flavor packs, GMOs, or artificial ingredients. They prioritize environmental sustainability by using 100% recyclable packaging and striving to maintain the smallest carbon footprint in the juice industry. Currently, their products are available in over 45 states and worldwide. The Director of Marketing will lead a progressive marketing department and manage retained outside Public Relations firms. This role requires generating enthusiasm through creative and out-of-the-box marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be self-managed with strong leadership abilities and will be responsible for conducting strategic marketing research and analysis, recommending, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns while managing the marketing budget. Additionally, the Director will partner and support new business proposals and initiatives, manage the communications strategy, and work with partners to effectively tell the company's story. Expanding the brand in existing and new markets will be a key focus, collaborating with the sales organization and utilizing both traditional and non-traditional marketing approaches. The role also involves developing Territory Brand Managers and establishing goals to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty in their respective territories.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of strategic marketing and analytical experience.
  • A successful record of managing associates remotely.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Capable of traveling on a regular basis.
  • Previous experience in Beverage Marketing.
