About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in developing and implementing creative and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various marketing aspects and possess exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership, strategic, problem-solving, and management skills, who is discrete and highly professional. The candidate should have a positive personality that is supportive and able to establish rapport and build relationships both internally and externally, being very comfortable in both inside and outside roles. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This includes overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. The role also involves managing the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaboration with product management to align marketing strategies with product launches is essential, as well as utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Additionally, the Director will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on Graphic Design, Print, Marketing Collateral, digital marketing, advertising, Branding, RFP presentations, Website Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, HTML, and copywriting
  • Experience in advertising sales and managing vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for continuous improvement
