About the position

Are you passionate about luxury fashion and ready to help build the brand of an up-and-coming resale company? Our Miami-based luxury resale company is looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and take us to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our website and digital presence. You will lead content creation and growth on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, while running targeted ads to grow brand visibility and sales. Monitoring and analyzing trends in luxury fashion and resale markets will be crucial to keeping our brand relevant and competitive. Collaboration with other teams will ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. In addition to these key responsibilities, you will develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, creating and executing a strategic plan to build the company's online presence across all platforms, including the website, social media, and email marketing. You will also be responsible for SEO strategy and implementation, optimizing the website and content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Content creation and management will involve developing engaging content tailored to the luxury fashion market, including photos, videos, and blog posts. You will build and manage email/text marketing lists, creating campaigns to engage customers and drive sales. Defining and communicating the brand voice to luxury fashion consumers will be essential for brand positioning and messaging, helping to differentiate the brand from competitors. Collaborating with fashion influencers and bloggers will be part of your outreach efforts to build brand awareness. Implementing and managing a CRM system will allow you to track customer interactions and personalize marketing efforts. Your role will also include developing and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive traffic and sales. You will track website traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversions, refining strategies based on data. Ensuring the online store is user-friendly and optimized for transactions will be part of your e-commerce optimization efforts. Conducting market research and competitive analysis will help you stay ahead in the luxury resale space, while reputation management will involve monitoring online reviews and managing customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image. Finally, you will plan and execute both online and in-person events to increase brand exposure and develop strategies for affiliate marketing and customer loyalty programs.
