This role also involves collaboration with media outlets, both traditional and non-traditional, to maximize outreach and engagement with the community. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational management and strategic planning of the Marketing and Communications department.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the hospital effectively in the marketplace.

  • Engage with traditional and non-traditional media outlets to maximize outreach.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working with traditional and non-traditional media outlets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to define marketing strategy and develop comprehensive plans.
  • Knowledge of brand management.
