The Director of Marketing plays a crucial role in developing relationships and strategies that support the marketing objectives of various communities and service lines. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who possesses a deep understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels. The Director will be responsible for aligning all messaging and creative efforts to effectively convey the LSS proposition, providing essential tools to the marketing department to ensure its success. The Director of Marketing will set the marketing strategy for the organization, aiming to attract and nurture various target markets. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify overarching goals, strategies, and deadlines. The Director will partner with Subject Matter Experts to stay informed about trends and identify areas for growth and synergy both within and outside the organization. Additionally, the Director will oversee the online external presence of LSS, including the organization's website, SEO/SEM/PPC campaigns, and social media channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the LSS brand and standards. In this role, the Director will also be responsible for setting budgets for all marketing efforts, negotiating contracts for advertisements, and creating reports that showcase the effectiveness of current tactics and campaigns. Managing assigned staff is another key responsibility, which includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and encouraging professional development. The Director will also lead rebranding efforts and the marketing of new communities and service lines as they are acquired or affiliated with LSS.
