Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of the brand, ensuring a consistent and differentiated voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and strategy with business goals.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making across the organization, offering marketing insights that shape broader business initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide internal teams, working alongside sales, property managers, and executive leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including ad agencies and PR firms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive the creation and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
  • Optimize digital channels for maximum impact and performance, analyzing metrics to refine strategies.
  • Cultivate an understanding of customer needs and preferences through data analysis and market research.
  • Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with financial and business goals.
  • Spearhead community outreach initiatives and build relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Use KPIs and analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate marketing insights into community and product strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in real estate development and residential construction.
  • 5 years of experience using HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market data and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
