Do you enjoy building full-stack marketing strategies to stimulate purchase demand? ATC is looking for a highly motivated Director of Marketing interested in furthering their career in marketing strategy and execution! Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the role will regularly interact with our Senior Leadership Team including board-level presenting and interaction. In this position, you will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on generating inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across all of ATC's business lines. You will create marketing ROI models that clearly articulate the LTV/CAC ratio by channel and tactic, leveraging these models into a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on optimizing spend and tactics around those yielding the highest returns. Consistently reviewing data to evaluate and optimize marketing performance will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also develop and manage the marketing budget, partnering with Sales and Account Management to ensure that the marketing strategy constantly evolves to align with customer acquisition and retention strategies. Directly implementing the majority of preferred digital and traditional tactics, you will collaborate with agencies as needed where expertise or additional capacity is required. As the company scales, you will have the opportunity to hire additional marketing executives to round out the marketing team.
