About the position

The Director of Marketing at Sixty Vines will lead and enhance the marketing strategies for the brand, focusing on brand management, customer engagement, and growth strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of consumer trends in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving brand success through innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with brand vision and business objectives.
• Oversee brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and locations.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media strategy, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and finance teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Develop relationships with media and influencers and coordinate PR initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the restaurant, hospitality, or consumer retail sector.
• Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Passion for food and the restaurant industry.
