As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Tudor Oaks, you'll manage a team of RN's who oversee our CNA, NA, and CMA teams; as well as assist staff in the day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention, evaluation, and developing care plans in collaboration with the residents, their families, and staff; while continuing to encourage residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
