Must have prior experience in a supervisory position in CT, have a proven track record, and be familiar with DPH surveys and regulations. Must be self-driven and willing to do what it takes to make excellent care and customer service a priority. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
