About the position

The Director of Operations at Agape Care Group is a leadership role focused on enhancing patient experiences through high-quality hospice and palliative care. This position involves planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The director will also oversee financial success and contribute to growth through active participation in sales and marketing activities, while benefiting from a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations of the hospice and palliative care services.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and established goals/budgets.
• Oversee the financial success of the assigned branch.
• Actively participate in sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
• Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current state license as a registered nurse preferred, OR healthcare business administration degree.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
• 2 years of hospice experience required, significant healthcare business operations experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs.
