About the position

The Director of Operations at COR Medical Centers is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple medical centers across Central Florida, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality patient care. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage large groups, travel frequently, and maintain effective communication with staff and patients. The position emphasizes strategic planning, operational audits, and the development of center-specific management to enhance productivity and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of assigned medical centers in Tampa, Orlando, Kissimmee, and Jacksonville.
  • Ensure compliance with RISK/99 emails and follow-up action plans.
  • Prepare weekly reports, audits, and conduct visits to assigned centers.
  • Develop center-specific Office Managers to increase productivity and improve performance.
  • Complete monthly facility/office audits by the 15th of every month.
  • Conduct weekly audits of patient files and care plans.
  • Review daily and/or weekly timesheets and prepare reports for payroll submission.
  • Prepare daily reports for the Executive Director of Operations regarding recruitment and employee relations.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly facility statistics for all offices.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State & Local safety, environmental, and zoning code conditions.
  • Handle day-to-day project level patient, contractor, and internal communications.
  • Develop and nurture patient relationships by identifying requirements and resolving problems.
  • Maintain company systems such as ECW, SharePoint, and COR APP.
  • Assist with office coverage when understaffed or personnel are on leave.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures with local team members.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing and overseeing multiple locations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or a relevant degree preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand patient and medical information.
  • Demonstrated mastery in continuous multi-tasking and project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Able to pass a Level 2 Background Check.
