About the position

As the Director of Parking Operations at Ace, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all parking-related activities within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the parking division while upholding our core values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that operational targets are met.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of parking professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and family within the division.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all parking regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge parking technology systems to enhance efficiency and communication.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels within the department and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a sense of unity and collaboration within the event management team.
  • Support and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience by setting and maintaining high service standards.
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data using industry-standard metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement systems to track and manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in parking operations or related field, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in parking technology and systems.
  • Knowledge of local parking regulations and compliance requirements.
