About The Position

The Drive-Thru Director at Chick-fil-A is responsible for overseeing the speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru operations. This role involves coaching and guiding Shift Leaders, Pacesetters, and Team Members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards. The Director will implement innovations to improve operational excellence and deliver performance reports to the leadership team, aligning daily practices with the organization's vision and goals.

Requirements

• Work a minimum of forty hours per week in the restaurant.
• Effectively communicate Drive-Thru related goals to Team Members.
• Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to foster innovation.
• Provide effective coaching and direction to the team.
• Enthusiastically lead the Drive-Thru team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru service.
• Coach Shift Leaders, Pacesetters, and Team Members on proper service behaviors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace in the Drive-Thru area.
• Implement cash management best practices.
• Deliver weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team.
• Evaluate and provide accountability for all Drive-Thru Team Members.
• Align daily practices with the organization's vision and annual goals.
