• Manage business development initiatives to identify growth opportunities and enhance market presence.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize operational costs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning efforts and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic planning.
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
