About the position

Requirements

  • Active RN license in good standing in Washington
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
  • 8-10 years of skilled nursing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership
  • Proven track record in program development and implementation
  • Strong grasp of quality improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
