Responsibilities

• Act like a business owner by proactively solving problems that arise.
• Coach 3-4 MADabolic classes per week to bring energy and engagement.
• Make data-driven decisions using KPIs to maximize revenue.
• Oversee the member experience from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction.
• Sell memberships and keep members engaged and happy.
• Plan and execute grassroots marketing events to generate leads.
• Lead and support the team of trainers and front-desk staff.
• Manage local social media platforms and create brand-aligned content.
• Assess studio inventory and place orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in management, sales, customer success, or marketing (preferably in the fitness industry).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Tenacious work ethic and ability to complete tasks independently.
• Coachable and open to feedback, with a desire to improve.
• Accountable and reflective, owning mistakes and learning from them.
• Passionate about fitness and nutrition, with a focus on helping others.
• Belief in the MADabolic brand and its philosophy.
