As the Senior Operations Manager at OnePointe Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing operational efficiency and quality across multiple departments. This position is crucial for managing the quality assurance team, collaborating with the project management team on contract jobs, and ensuring that operational practices protect the company's interests while facilitating timely payments. In this role, you will evaluate and enhance the efficiency and performance of logistics, customer service, and quality assurance departments. You will manage the quality assurance team to ensure that all products and services meet the stringent standards expected by clients and regulatory bodies. Your collaboration with the project management team will be essential in providing operational insights and support to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for reviewing contract documents thoroughly to ensure that all terms and conditions protect the company's interests and comply with legal standards. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation and submission of pay applications, ensuring they are complete and accompanied by necessary documentation to facilitate timely payments. Developing strategies for inter-departmental collaboration to streamline operations and improve overall service delivery will be a key focus. You will identify bottlenecks and operational challenges, implementing effective solutions to enhance performance. As a key liaison between various departments, you will ensure alignment of projects and tasks with company objectives, facilitating communication and coordinating efforts between quality assurance, project management, and other operational departments. Regular monitoring and reporting on the performance of managed departments will be required, providing updates to executive management and leading initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence across the company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in managing quality assurance and collaborating with project management teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in reviewing legal documents and managing financial applications is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
