About the position

The Director of Operations and Project Management will lead various projects across HVAC, general contracting, electrical, and vendor management. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and project flow within departments, driving the success of initiatives, and aligning operations with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects related to HVAC, general contracting, electrical, process improvements, and vendor management.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and deliverables.
• Oversee the workflow between all internal departments that have oversight responsibility.
• Collaborate with department managers to define project priorities, resource requirements, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across departments and functions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
