About the position

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a creative and proven leader to develop and implement business strategies specifically within the PVC pipe fitting sector. This role is pivotal in supporting a top-performing safety culture, leading commercial excellence, and driving continuous plant improvement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of new products and markets while building and developing effective teams across the region to achieve superior financial performance and growth. The individual will utilize their creative and strategic agility to recognize and size-up existing and emerging market and product opportunities, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative in the industry. In this position, the leader will assemble and develop high-performing teams within the business, instilling a high-performance safety culture throughout the region. They will administer a customer experience that deepens relationships and builds sales, while managing the regional business to ensure profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence. The role requires a strong focus on leadership and the ability to drive results, ensuring that the organization meets its commitments aligned with its goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading both labor-intensive and large product operations, demonstrating exceptional safety, quality, and customer service performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies for PVC pipe fitting.
  • Support a top-performing safety culture across the region.
  • Lead commercial excellence and continuous plant improvement activities.
  • Drive the development of new products and markets.
  • Build and develop effective teams to achieve superior financial performance and growth.
  • Utilize strategic agility to recognize and size-up market and product opportunities.
  • Administer a customer experience to deepen relationships and build sales.
  • Manage regional business to ensure profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive management/executive experience in a manufacturing or related business.
  • Proven track record of leading labor-intensive and/or large product operations and machine-based manufacturing businesses.
  • Sales or marketing management experience with a track record of growing market share and introducing new products.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; knowledgeable in ERP and production management software platforms.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
