About the position

The Director of Operations Strategy at MedInsight is responsible for overseeing and optimizing key business functions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves leading transformation initiatives, managing business agreements, and developing enterprise analytics strategies. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, making it pivotal for the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on improving healthcare outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Operations Transformation Initiatives by developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and optimize the lifecycle of business contracts with external and internal parties.
  • Develop and execute business data analytic strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quality risk management policies and programs.
  • Directly supervise 1-5 staff, mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in business contractual knowledge and business risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience within the healthcare tech or data analytics environment.
  • Knowledge and comfort with AI and automation technologies.
  • Proficiency in using project management and business process software.
