Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives that support growth objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize resources and reduce costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within operations management or related fields.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of successful project management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
