About the position
The position involves serving as a leader to oversee the daily operations of dialysis facilities and programs within a designated geographic area. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines while providing high-quality dialysis services and patient care. The leader will implement company initiatives, manage operational strategies, and maintain profitability and growth in the area.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of dialysis facilities and programs.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement divisional and company initiatives and strategies.
- Manage staffing, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- Provide leadership support and guidance to facility and program management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors and referring physicians.
- Monitor performance against clinical and program budgets to ensure optimal operations.
- Coordinate logistics associated with patient care within the assigned area.
- Participate in Joint Venture opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of business operations management and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management competencies.
- Excellent financial competence and operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
