You will be tasked with driving change to streamline processes and discover innovative methods to enhance the delivery of excellence to our customer partners. You will also play a key role in designing and deploying innovative strategies to develop our warehouse and operations team members. You will leverage your insightful relationship skills and proven track record as a warehouse expert with multi-site experience to coordinate multiple locations, projects, and teams to achieve common goals. Responsibilities

• Create and implement new ways to make Foster-Caviness a fun and exciting place to work!
• Facilitate all facets of team building and people leadership across multiple sites.
• Ensure all associates are engaged, empowered, and accountable to win.
• Execute process plans for existing and new lines of business, integrating them to ensure efficient use of resources and maintaining quality and dependability for all customers.
• Ensure processes are relevant and consistently executed with greatness and accuracy, including inbound, outbound, put-away, quality, and repack policies and procedure adherence.
• Manage and modernize processes to ensure exceptional service levels.
